The Vex Arts Grand Opening
Project Description
The Vex Arts Grand Opening event was held for two magical evenings on August 30th and 31st starting at 7:00pm inside a 9,700 square foot location.
The Vex Fine Arts featured a selection of recent works by well established artists in a curated group exhibition by award winning curator Omar Holguin and installation by Steve Gates. Exhibited artists will included: Bo Jennings| George Combs | Pola Lopez | Isabel Martinez | Armineh Temourian | Stephen Johnstone | Ben Rogers | Nestor Rodriguez | Ron Zeno | Ella Sarkysian | Ashot Khudaverdyan | Donald Frazell | Silvio Sangiorgi | Lika Brutyan | Special Performance by Mike The Poet | Electric Buffalo | The City Terrace Dukes | an Youth Fashion Show and much more…
After 30-plus years of experience in hosting music and art events, the Vex contribution to music has been referenced in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, The Smithsonian, Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and many other art museums and their music history archives.
The Vex Arts is equipped with a large stage and performance space spacious enough to hold several hundred music listeners comfortably, and hold an art exhibit simultaneously.

Event Production
Art installation was inside a 4,500 square foot location that included top artist in Los Angeles as well as the inclusion of live performances from Mike The Poet, a Jazz Trio, Buffalo Electric and The City Terrace Dukes. A youth fashion show from local designer Rene Camarillo was also presented for this event
